Broxbourne Woods

Our Red Polls graze an area formerly known as the ‘glades’ within the Broxbourne Woods National Nature Reserve. Hertfordshire County Council’s Countryside Management Service manage the site and are working to restore open areas of acid grassland, wood-pasture and heathland through the sensitive removal of conifer trees.
